Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid programs offered by StatGazer LLC, such as training cohorts and any self-paced course access. Consulting engagements (audits, model builds, and reviews) are not covered here — their cancellation and payment terms are set out in the written engagement agreement.
2. Scheduled training (cohorts and live sessions)
- Ten or more business days before the start date. Cancel or reschedule for a full refund or a credit toward a future cohort.
- Fewer than ten business days before the start date. Fees may be partly retained to cover reserved time and preparation; the balance is refunded or credited.
- After the program has started, or for missed sessions. Fees are generally non-refundable, though we will work with you in good faith where circumstances warrant.
3. Self-paced access
Where a program is sold as self-paced access, the terms are stated at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, access is refundable within fourteen days of purchase provided the material has not been substantially downloaded or completed.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@statgazer.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge within one to two business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within ten business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The terms that applied at the time of your purchase govern that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
